• Tim has been a hard working attorney for 26 years. His solo practice has its office in Beaver. Tim has trial experience, both civil & criminal. Tim has appeared in the following courts:
  
  • Courts of Common Pleas (Counties): Beaver, Allegheny, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, Washington, Westmoreland, Bedford, Bucks, Montgomery.
  • Federal: W. District of PA, Bankruptcy Court (Pittsburgh).
  • Appellate: PA Supreme Court, PA Superior Court, PA Commonwealth Court.
  • Administrative: Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Compensation, Social Security Administration, PA Liquor Control Board, PA Labor & Industry Board, PA Labor Relations Board.
  • Involved with his Community: Boy Scout Leader & Cub Master (10 yrs.); Numerous community service projects; Homeroom Mother volunteer (11 years); Youth sports coaching, Tim's community service focuses on development of our youth.
